Pct is not an excuse to sit back and just ride things out. Pct is just a more difficult time to make gains. Ive grown alot on diets and in pcts. Ara during a pct is the same as using ara when bulking or cutting. You are using it to help make gains. I prefer to utilize help when i need it most.. which pct is one of those times.
[h=3][/h]Jbryand101b thinks it might not be beneficial because of cortisol issues. I will let him chime in though. I think the positives of ArA override those that issue and am testing it out now (have used ArA in PCT before with good results).
