I'm sure you know the alternatives already:

    Estrogen control: Erase/Erase Pro
    Prolactin control: Inhibit-P/Prolactrone
    Cortisol control: Reduce XT/Lean Xtreme
Testosterone support: SNS DAA/Testforce 2, Dominate v1 (original formula), or Bioforge Pro Max

All-in-one estrogen control, prolactin control, testosterone elevation: CEL PCT Assist or Gaspari Anatropin.

Been taking one a day for around 10 days. Libdio is up and down, not an overall sense of well being feel worse if anything. Tired and irritable. Not sure if I should discontinue or keep taking one or even up it to two a day.
    Any suggestions?

    Nooooo.

    At 82kg, I'd do 1 cap.

    Because:

    a. The product you're using isn't an extract. The study used the prolensis extract, not "100% bulbine," whatever that is.

    b. You are not a rat. Rats and humans have different mg/kg doses based on body surface area.

I'm thinking of trying this since I tried ErgoTest. ErgoTest worked just ok. So I want to compare. Do I need to take 3 a day?. Bodyweight right now is 220 but I'm dieting, so I might be down to around 205-210 by the time I try it out. Bottle says 6 week cycles so if I need 3 a day I'll need 3 bottles. Not sure, don't want to purchase more than I need.

    I'd start with 2 capsules IMO. I ran 1-2 capsules and I'm around 200lbs.

Bingo. Starting with 1-2 caps per day is a good idea to assess it.
