    ...DAd, I think I recall reading that the cit and mal are bound together opposed to just being mixed...but waiting to hear back to make sure...will post it like its hot when I find out, cowboy....

    Haha on leg days i only take focus xt. I made the mistake of doing a Green Bulge/Agmatine/CM combo... it hurt... badly.

    Same, Focus XT on my main lift days, accessory days is when I can afford a pump.

    I may even have to stop taking TTA on leg days. 8 sets of max effort deads yesterday, followed by leg press. 3rd set of leg press my left quad starts cramping and seizing up... Looked like a damn idiot lol.
