My symptoms include:
social anxiety (self consciousness and worrying what people are thinking of me),
zero energy, drive or motivation
and always feel tired and run down.
Also want to improve my memory

Huperzine A is great for memory. Picamilon is great for social anxiety, I also use it for I do classroom presentations as school. For energy, drive, and motivation you should give Focus XT a try. With symptoms like that I would see your doctor first.
To answer your question, Picamilon would probably be your best choice for mood improvement. Phenibut is great for social situations, but can only be used infrequently due to tolerance building quickly. Focus XT will provide energy/focus, along with a mood boost.

Best nootropic stack is sulbutiamine, racetams, choline cdp, phenibut, and dmaa. The phenibut will help with anxiety and dmaa will be your cure for low motivation and energy. Experiment with different racetams to figure out what you like but in order of strength you got pramiracetam, aniracetam, oxiracetam, and piracetam. I like to mix and match and use pram for my thinking hat when I'm really needing some strong focus.
