ALCAR is awesome man, about as versatile a supplement as you can get.

Great for focus, neuroprotection (great for our alcohol lovers ), testosterone increase when T levels fall from an external stressor, the list goes on. My favorite nootropic by far.

also very good for hearth health,shown promise with depression.


you mentioned Picamilon... one of my favorite all around stacks is picamilon 150 AND alcar500 that is a fantastic non stim performance and overall well being stack that I personally use A LOT!
