TTA Feedback?

  1. Been on stims for two years straight now, stacking two at a time for past year.. Looking to go stim free for two months during winter but not lose metabolic benefits.. Would tta be considered stim free? Could I use it with revamp to reset my bodies stim tolerance?? What about alphat2 + tta ? Thanks!

    Alpha t2 has stimulants. Loook into shift instead

  4. Doesn't shift work on your thyroid though? I an looking for something thst will increase metabolism without messing with my bodies natural mechanisms

  6. TTA and Reduce XT would be a great option, although that will mess with your cortisol levels. TTA is awesome alone.

  7. i started dosing this at about 2g (4 caps e/d) but got a slight cramp in my lower back (which i ignored) and then got worse. so im going back down to one gram.

    but i feel pretty good on it and really feel its helping me better use fat for fuel.

    did you drink enough water?

  9. maybe, not sure, i didn't increase my water intake from normal. but i always sip on a full shaker (with aminos) during workouts.

    but didn't think about increasing water intake. duh....slaps forehead...

  10. i stopped taking mine, time to bulk. i did feel lean on it though.

    It's already bulk season for me in NV. . Although it has been all summer so I've been sweating through 2 shirts a day. Lol

    yep, very easy to stack in all kinds of ways. I personally like using TTA with RK-500 and Green Tea Extract.

    Bingo, it is excellent with any stimulant or non-stimulant based weight loss aid. TTA even works well while bulking and trying to stay relatively lean.

    the water retention should be minimal. You will want to make sure you are drinking plenty of water while taking the TTA though.

    Yes, but it isn't as much as you might think over all. I notice it in strange spots, like on the top of my feet. The magic happens in the week or so after you discontinue use when you finish leaning out and the little bit of water retention drops, and BOOM, you've got some real nice striations and vascularity.

    You want to make sure you stay properly hydrated while taking it to avoid any muscle cramps (which is why the electrolye complex is in there as well).

  24. About to start tta500 with rk500, abdominal cuts, and revamp. Also have 1.5g ALC daily.

    Coming off heavy long term stim use and using the winter to give myself a break... Curious as to best dosing for tta. I'm going to use it for two months at 2 caps a day, so one bottle will last the full two months. I am wondering best timing, as the bottle says 30 mins before meals however I have heard take one on empty stomach in am and one at bed In pm.

    I follow lean gains so I uuslly don't have a meal until after the gym around 5-6 pm.. I'm a college kid so my schedules weird like That lol.

    Would it be best to take one cap prior to that first evening meal. Then another 4-6 hours later at bed with a shake?

    Any suggestions or experiences would be great !

    I took TTA while doing Lean Gains as well and found no problems with still dosing it at one cap am and 1 cap PM.

    As promised-

    Two caps tta daily- 1 am/ evening

    Stacking with rk500 and oep- noticing more urination than usual with straight oep.. Initial flushing from rk I believe..

    Body temp is up, thirstier than usual. Great recomp effect no bloating or cramping. Gonna use thus for a full 60 days. Rk will be done at end of month with oep.
