    Fish markets are the way to go for sure. Mine is not great but I still get some good stuff there sometimes. Fresh makes all the difference with fish. Even Cod is really good if it's fresh enough but it has to be really fresh.

    the unfortunate reality however is, to make quality selections in your food purchases typically requires more expense than does cheaper, empty and poorly sourced other food sources, simple fact
    you are a good example of this imo, wanting to eat 3 cans of tuna/day in your prep, because you stated yourself it was about affordability and what you could do..on the flip side, i bet you are not short-changing you supplement list due to this same monetary issue
    but you have much to learn on nutritional aspect - i say that not as a denigration, simply reality..you are not where you need to be, in understanding the things you put in your body





    anyway:
    some slight changes o/n, nothing dramatic as has been..iamdisappoint
    i did see my ex-wife yesterday tho - she has never really said much about physical changes in me, or been able to see some these things we have discussed in here - there are many like this, who do not get all finite in physique critique; i never took this personally, she just did not have level of understanding to observe these things, is all (she was used to me "looking goiod all the time" anyway, in her own words)
    but yesterday she comes in, had my shirt off, and she immediately says "wow you look different - and you are bigger!"
    bout time she noticed - it only took great strides in the physique and veins everywhere on top of other veins, for her to notice this

    well now you are dissecting too much brother one cannot expect the level of changes i have had in past few days (which coincided with changes in diet immediately after i tweaked it slightly), on an every-day basis..that said make no mistake - there IS improvement every single day, of that there is no doubt..one tends to get a bit spoiled tho, when it is not as dramatic a change some other days, as others ahahaaa..was simply an off-hand remark, meant to be a funny
    but - this allows me to bring up a good point: ppl tend to get caught up in the rapid changes, and DO expect them every day; when they do not happen, they immediately jump the gun and try to make some changes, when they are quite simply not even necessary..there is a fine line between make very small manipulations and wrinkles of things to maintain progress (if there is a point to it), vs changing things rashly and immediately because you have knee-jerk reaction to something that is rather inconsequential to begin with
    knowing WHEN to make a change, when you truly need to and understanding what purpose it serves, is just as valuable as knowing when to lay off and be patient with the plan of approach..if you change things all the time, how the hell are you going to keep track of what is working for you?

    Yah that's why I made the changes you made this point with me a couple weeks ago and I was able to buy in bulk to not only upgrade my nutriton but also to keep costs down as well. I am very happy with my nutrition stands now, eggs was another issue that I have dealt with as I had too many. Now most of my fats come from fish oil and a very small amount of almonds on days where I am eating very low fat. I feel really good now seem to be getting a lot more out of my food but yah I need more knowledge. I don't always understand the why's of what I am doing. Funny thing is I used to know more in some respects or I use to follow a much more conventional diet. Guess I never really understood it fully though.

    altho nothing changes in the plan itself nutritionally, I just looked at my dosing schedule for compounds and in fact noticed a change does take place tomorrow - I bump the dosage have still been in ramp-up period on both, now starting tomorrow will be at full dosing

    nice little built-in change FTW, and requires me to do absolutely nothing but pop a few extra pills/day

  10. I seriously can't stomach whey concentrate anymore, not as a lone source in a shake. So much gas/bloat.

    Fina would release Stimul8 as I'm trying to move into a stim-break (last one bombed; this time for real - cycle in like 6 weeks). Profile looks really exciting tho! I'd buy for later, if I wasn't sitting on 4 tubs of pwo already

    which in fact is what I will do here, in fact I touched on what I was planning earlier on, but will decline to do so further (was poor decision on my part to begin with) no offense and hopefully everyone understands, but the dosages I am running with are high, and not suitable for most casual users..since we at FINAFLEX try to stay within certain guidelines on discussion, this is not something I really feel is pertinent to discussion and has potential to be read by the wrong individual, who would then use this without enough knowledge/experience/proper safeguards/potential problem-alleviators or proper PCT in place, and then of course if/when they start experiencing negative issues would ultimately point to me as being source of their info..it simply adds nothing to the thread -- nor, more importantly, what I feel is THE most important piece to the aspect of this prep.   14. not much to discuss this morning following cardio/off day, and weight dipped slightly to 189 upon rising..
    carb meal tonight - mmmmm, bring it! chest/back on tap for training today

    so - I guess that leaves me with the excitement of sharing sports enthusiasm: my two baseball teams (Tigers & Braves of course) have now won a combined 25 straight games (!!!), and it is first time in modern baseball era that two teams have had concurrent win streaks of 12 games or more)
    I mean, if you think about that, that is pretty unreal; baseball been around a long time (modern era is anything after the 1900 btw, for those who don't know..prior to that, it was a bit different game on a lot of levels), that's a lotta baseball played and games tabulated, for it to be the first time, ever

    I am happy camper right now..think I just had an orgasm or something

    and to think - back in the late 90s, when he was an exciting young up & comer and seemed to be an enthusiastic fresh face, he was one of my favorite players to watch and follow

    okay, so great chest/back session, abs to kick things off - went back to mainly ab wheel today after taking last ab training day off from them and utilizing other exercises instead..it's all about variety for me right now, along with mind-muscle connection and tedious diet
    nothng else really (well putting finishing touches on posing/routine of course)

    7.5min cardio warm
    3x flat DB flat bench ss w/ cable pulldowns to front
    3x decline DB flyes ss w/ BB bent rows (rarely use decline position for bench, but gives me fresh angle here)
    3x incline BB bench ss w/ 1-arm DB rows
    2x perfect pushup units
    3x BB deadlift
    7.5min cardio cooldown

    some flexing thruout/afterward, holding poses focusing on muscles worked today (was hard, got pumped very quickly)
    spent, out

  20. couple sneak peek updates I just ran out and took in garage real quick, so ~1hr post-training
    garage door was open - dint realize there would be such a glow behind me, so you lose something in being able to see all definition/veinage, but you get the idea..everything moving along fine, of course as noted yesterday bump hormonal dosage to planned max today from here on out
    pretty happy with where things sit, all appears to be on target

  29. Looking great! Vascularity is on point, legs looking nice and separated, chest looks like it is chiseled in granite. Just a small step away from the rock hard plucked bird skin look. You know the one I am talking about... Yeah BOOOOUUUUYYYYYY!!!!!! Arms are looking just nasty. Shoulders, are full and sinewy, everything is coming together!

    It is going to take one BAAAADDDD MOFO to step on stage with you to keep you from a pro card. I am talking CRAZY BAD. You definitely have yourself dialed in this time around and it is only going to get better!
