Not being able to do squats and leg press due to lower back is disappointing, but will keep working with what I can do.
Starting to split up my DAA with 3 caps am and 3 caps p.m. This is a higher dose of DAA than the recommended. I don't notice much with DAA so I will see if this has any effect.
