So MY experience in effectiveness of my MAX PUMP dosages so far best at the top.
4 capped 30 minutes pre 4 uncapped 10mins pre
8 uncapped 30mins pre
4 uncapped 30 mins pre
8 capped 30 mins pre
4 capped 30 mins pre
The top two are very close. Seem to keep my pump longer with the first option though. I guess this is due to the slower release from keeping them capped.
Option three hits harder then option four for me. But pumps don't hold as long.
Option five is good but it's the least obvious of the five. Still very good though.
Honestly option one is my favorite so far but option three would be where I would keep dosage at for cost effectiveness.
