    Lordy Lordy. Today was awesome. A scoop and a half of IGNITE had me lit up! Was sweating like crazy today. Most I've sweated in a long time during a workout. Energy was badass too. No jitters and an amazing focus. Pumps were strong in my back and I had some minor back pumps so I skipped rack pulls. I definitely felt some extra endurance today, especially during my FST 7 set. Had to add some weight on the straight arm pulldowns to really exhaust my lats. Slight flushing on my bald head and a little stomach discomfort at first. Almost like being really hungry, but it passed in about 5 minutes. Best day by a long shot since I started the stack. An just think......it only going to get better.

    Got off work early so I'm gonna go a little bonkers....doubling up on the MAX PUMP. 4 30 mins pre and 4 uncapped in my IGNITE. And to top it all off....it's arms and hams day bring the PAIN!

    Was off yesterday. Took my MAX PUMP around noon and had a nice pump later on in the evening. Could definitely tell a differance from normal. Today is shoulders and I woke up early to get some carbs in to see how that goes. Update coming soon.

    Been dealing with it for three weeks now. Stayed away from heavy pressing on shoulders and took out upright rows too. Its definitely better but not quite 100% yet. Another week avoid those two things and I should be good. If not it'll be Dr time.

    Nice way of putting it, I think good supps are good motivation too but yah you have to put the work in and that is what I like about proper supplementation the feeling of accomplishment is still mine I just get optimal results when enhances that feeling further.

    So today I tried eight caps of MAX PUMP thirty minutes before training. I like four caps thirty minutes pre then four uncapped with my IGNITE more. Tomorrow I'll do eight caps with IGNITE Had a good pump today but minimal vascularity from the carbs I've been taking in lately.     Alright so 8 caps uncapped MAX PUMP mixed with IGNITE is definitely good not sure if it was the build up factor on the nitrates or the uncapping all eight MAX PUMP, but today I added reps on about 75% of my sets. Again though by the time I was going to do rack pulls I had a major back pump going. I had dosed 5g taurine thirty minutes pre but I don't think it had enough time to do it's thing. Or possibly the strain on my lower back during t bar rows did me in cause I was HURTING during my Yates rows so I baked the weight up some. Threw in some full Rom Pulldowns cause I like them was a great session.
