Alright... Smashed it hard! I'm paying for it today. Max Pump went down... No stomach ache... Getting use to it. Warmed up for 3 sets before putting on the suit. Was very awkward at first not being able to bend down and having to pull myself to the bar. It does get painful. Anyways maxed at 740 which is my ever best. Failed at 760 got bout 6 to 8in off the ground. Lower back pumps were so bad after deads and havnt left yet. I'm very sore. Did some goodmornings after as well. Can't say much about recovery today but endurance and strength are up!

Do it. I wish I wouldn't have waited until my last dose lol. I put mine in cold water and just chugged it. I don't really know what the difference is since the caps should all dissolve within minutes of each other (I'd think) but it seems to hit alot harder uncapped. I was more flushed today also I forgot to mention that in my log.

740 is siiiiick. You think the suit really makes much difference in the dead, or is it more just putting on the 'I'm not *ing around anymore' suit to get your head right and keep you tighter? I mean, surely not to extent squat and bench can be geared anyway. It does look cool though

Thanks man! Suits definitely help but I do gotta say its not like you put it on and you can lift a lot more. There's a technique to do so
