  3. Yesterday training
    5 x 3 at 80 % 1RM O/H press @ 50kg
    SS
    BW pull ups wide grip 3 x 8

    Complex 1
    BB shrugs 100kg x 3 sets x 15 reps
    SS
    DB curls (fukn pump was insane) 3 x 10 x 12.5kg - focus on the eccentric part for lactic acid
    SS
    CG pull down 3 x 10 x 54kg

    Complex 2
    Rear delt rows with neutral spine 3 x 10 x15kg DB
    SS
    Brine bridge march bw x 2 x 5
    SS
    Face pulls (focus on retraction of the scap and the burn of the infraspinatous) 3 x 10 x 14.8kg
    SS
    Band resisted no monies with green band 3 x 10

    Off to agility and speed drills
    Linear reaction sprints, Lateral pillars, leg bounding, pulsing split squats, tall fall sprint,

    Every exercise was 4 on each leg for 10 to 20m for sprint and footwork for cricket skills.
    Quite a good session.

    Ill update and give mid way point rating tonight. I'm super impressed to say the least

  4. i look exclusively first, then if its not listed, i'll scan the ingredients and anything with wheat, gluten, caramel, or hfcs etc, i'll throw it away. anything with added sugar like salsa mix, which I didn't pick up on the label is off the menu now...pulling it even tighter now...really wanna have a strong finish

    Today was 5 x 2 back squat @ 140kg
    SS
    RDL's 3 x 8 x 100kg.

    ancillary exercises for glute and hip strengthening

    finished off with sprint work. 10 x 40m shuttles at 80%
    1 x 300m at 80%

    good session...
    endurance and recovery is way up compared to before...

    one question...does anyone who has taken it empty stomach, get a toilet issue after 30mins post dose? i'll get the runs after taking it empty stomach (max Pump that is).

    I have a stomach of a 52 year old = sensitive to everything! Lol Other than the acid feeling for 10 mins after first dose, no GI issues afterwards.

  10. Its just a quick toilet issue after warm up before my first working set.

    It may be because my warm up stimulates bowel movement from all the flexibility movements and stretch

    Whooooop.

    120kg 1RM bench press.

    Max testing Deadlifts tomorrow. Up 33lbs from old 1RM.

    Strength increase on lower than maintenance kcals. I am IMPRESSED...couldn't ask for more =D

  16. Now, just pulled my lat in a 190kg deadlift.
    Went right hand underhand grip and felt a tweak in right lat. I have stopped training.

    Help? Stretch?

  20. Man I really hope just a light strain and not a sprain or anything. I never go over under anymore. I actually just use Versa Gripps and pull once I get to a wait I can't overhand grip for reps. I have just seen / heard about too many torn biceps from the over under so since I don't compete I don't worry about gripping. I know I can pull my max with over under and no wraps and that is all I need to do. I just don't do it now because I feel my development will be more balanced with a double overhand grip.

    Yeah at first control the swelling with ice then hit is with heat later to increase blood flow after the initial swelling has been remedied.

    These Versa Grips really are arm savers. Way better to use than raw grip IMHO.
