  19. My basic cal level with no activity is about 2300 but much higher when I add in my activity. With activity I average about 3050 daily but I have higher and lower days. That keeps me at about the same weight.

    yup
    is normal, with phenibut
    sometimes it's a little more noticeable than others, and this effect is usually very dose dependent
    (ie the more you consume at one setting, the more notable it is)
