    2-handed swing x10
    Jump squat (full depth) x10
    Plyo Push - ups x10

    repeat 4 times.
    6min/mile run to finish.

    Cricket tonight: Drills+live batting
    8 x 10-30m Suicides

    5:45min/mile
    15 Wide grip pull ups (dead hang) 4010
    15 Chin ups (dead hang) 4010

    800m cool down

    Would the pct black balance out any aggression from the pure test or is that just one of the things with a DAA product?
    Skin is still clear and smooth, no oils.
    Sweating MORE, meaning more showers lol...

    Looking good man impressive work. As far as the PCT Black helping with the aggression now I don't know that it would. However you will start to level off on that quickly think of it as your week of PMS after that it won't be too bad at all. You either gut used to the extra androgens or the body natural androgens drop some allowing you a more anabolic environment instead of higher androgens.
