  1. could try swinging the macros around. assuming we want to stay ~3k cals, let's look at higher fat intake/lower carbs.
    something like:
    300g protein
    150g carb
    125g fat
    get fat from sources like egg yolks, pb, almond butter, coconut butter/oil, even heavy whipping cream in your shakes (2 tbs worth).
    butter is a good fat as well, help boost testosterone too.

    see how you react to that for awhile.

    otherwise - if you are gaining fat, it is because you are taking in to many cals.
    stripping back total caloric intake for a week or so may be an option here..say 2200 or so cals, maybe 2500.

  4. i'll give it a try and see what happens , i had a feeling it was the carbs it seems to always happen even when i have one baked potato. i'll jsut stay clean on this one i don'w want to give up what i have gained over a few pounds . it will come when it comes. thanks snag . hows yours going?

    weight at 177 and nothing else to report. no strength gains like everyone else is saying or alpha feeling. don't understand it but everyone is different.
    i am more aggressive outside the gym though seems like i am in a bad mood for some reason. could just be me.

    hope to feel something coming on by weeks end or i am gonna start doubting this product .

    finaflex hasn't let me down before, so i am staying positive.

    what happened to your confidence man?
    chef - it's been less than 2 weeks since you began 1-Alpha. altho yes we have reports of quick effects/benefits, typically it is a 2-3 week period before some notice anything -- this is well within norm range. as you say, individual metabolism will determine this timeframe.

    stay the course.

  9. i will guys its just been areally frustrating week and i guess i jsut need to bitch at something. i do believe i will continue with 1 alpha and not bridge 550 like i had planned to get a feel for its full effects. i want to be sure of its potential for future cycles. chin up , chest out and driving on.   11. I think you really need to pay attention to your body. It can be hard to notice and also easy to over estimate the effects of the supp.

    You might have an increase in strength but not notice it yet. An extra rep 10 lbs extra that is an increase.

    In my case my mood and fatigue has an effect as well. I bought a PWO just to make sure I can kill it. Mind over matter.

    i have gotten to where i really like shoulder days!
    feeling better but the back kicked in again need some support on that biatch!

  14. Wow you do your shoulders one day then come back in and kill chest. Interesting split concept what inspired that. Are you shoulder dominant in your chest movements and trying to go in with weaker shoulders intentionally?

  15. Incidentally I have heard of people say that this was still kicking at 6 to 8 weeks so if it kicks in late you still could keep it going for a while.

  16. i really don't have a set training setup i just get all the parts in around the 5 i workout. if my back is hurting i go to arms instead of shoulders that type of thing. they are needing an adjstable bench at the gym to stabilze the back so old fugs like me won't whine so much!

  17. ok friday was chest and it was .......awesome!
    knocked out more sets than ever mainly becasue i shad the shyte to do it with finally.

    found a few new exercises to do in sixpackfactory.com so thought i would try it out and shake it up a bit.
    4 sets 10 around the world

    4sets 10 dumbell pullovers

    4 sets 10 incline bench
    super set with
    4 sets 10-15 cable flyes

    4 @10 incline dumbell press

    3 sets 10 decline press

    dips to failure

    i was blown up and exhausted barely able to get my shirt on after this one. just what the doctor ordered.
    all of my workouts from this point on will be this intense and the best thing is i was don ein 35 minutes.
    preexhausted the muscle to the point of failure . i need to bring my leg workout to this level, just need to watch the back .

    two days off with quality family time loving my kids and holding them close after all the stuff that has went on this week.

    back at it tomorrow for back , i'll be doing a straight 5 dayer this week with the gym closing for the holiday i will have to call in some guess passes to keep it up or pay a day fee. but no slacking now.

    chest if fuller than ever and we need to widen the lats and build that back. should be on arms tuesday, legs, shoulders and finish the week with chest again.

  18. I do one ab exercise for abs twice a week takes less than 5 minutes a week to do my abs and they are better than they have ever been. Wheel of death for me has been the supreme ab and core test.

  19. DW...do you just set a set and rep scheme for Ab Wheel...or set a rep goal? I love the ab wheel. I usually just work for 3 sets of 10 and try to contract abs hard at the top.

    You don't understand wheel of death is from a standing position ab wheel can be done from the knees. I do one set of 15 till I fail and a second set of maybe 7 ... there is no thrid set. I'm not sure there should be a second. It's excruciating ...

  21. Yes the Wheel of death is not joke. I have done them once or twice it is ridiculous. it basically doubles the resistance on the abs...

    Chefbo, looks like it has definitely kicked in now from your last 2 workouts and descriptions sounds great!

    So after 8weeks 1andro 550 then take 60 days off follow by pct is it okay to do 1alpha and 550 for 8 weeks and take pct when um done to kick my testosterone back n

  25. BabyFrank, I just finished my cycle of 1Andro/550XD with great results.

    I ran 1 cap 1Andro plus 1 cap 550XD in morning and repeat 12 hrs later. At night add 1 cap Revolution. Did this for 8 weeks. Right after cycle took 2 caps Revolution and 6 caps Pure Test every night for 30 days but continue Pure Test for 40 days.
