Yah and there is enough there to keep your workouts on point but I like to jack it up and have fun with it.
 
i'm about ready to start up creatine again (no i am not one of those guys who just takes it yr-round no matter what), and this looks intriquing.

You are about to have a lot of fun, find your sweet spot using the 2 and go to town. You don't need to use a whole lot of Crea-trona but you know me, I like to see that happens when you do :)
