    Whoa now. Not in pct yet. I decided to do a 60 day run of 1-alpha. Almost there but thank you nonetheless. That chest workout yesterday really was an all time personal best though. 10 reps at 295 followed by 6 at 315! I felt like a beast after completing that set. Thanks D Dub

    Ok was confused, 6 at 315 and 10 at 295 is crazy strong though.

    No doubt that is totally beast mode.

    By the way I am feeling kind of left out for wearing clothes in my AVI and being a part of the FINAFLEX team. Did I miss the memo?

  18. Seems to kick in pretty early for a lot of people though, but good that it has staying power for a longer run.

    For sure the gains are steady and increasing up to week six. No doubt about that. Just saying after week six the strength gains are ridiculous! I'm lifting more now than I ever have

    Followed by 2 weeks of low volume HIIT has worked quite well. It allows for strength and mass workouts in the same month.

  22. Loving the word on the continued and improved gains in the later weeks of an 8 week run. Will be interesting to see what happens when people start starting off with 6-8 a day from the jump... Insanity...

  25. Starting off at 6 maybe but 8 you better have done this before and know where you stand. It converts into a very strong hormone and can have some strong sides. I don't think a lot of people could handle 8. I think I will start off with 4 and 4 with 550 and ease my way up. It may not even be necessary to increase, we'll see.

    I'm not even sure my strength went up that much due to 6ed. Size definitely, but strength no. I'm pretty sure 4ed is a perfect dose
