    yah my carb up has me spilled over a bit still but I have about 5 hours to clean up more, may not be as good as previous pics for cuts but I definitely have more volume....

    Thanks Rick if I am not quite as lean it's really hard to tell as I did not gain hardly anything at all. A lot of the fullness is the Crea-trona and eating maintenance that's why I decided to do one more set of pics...

    I just use the IF calculator at maintenance and added in my average activity so I think I am around -20 on burn days and +20 on non burn days.. anywho it works out to 3600 and 2400...

  14. Some highlights ... Crea-Trona continues to be fuggin awesome, muscle energy volume, I am very impressed. New ignite 2, all the worry is over this is as good or better than dmaa ignite. It seems to get better every time I use it and I am getting stellar feedback from those I gave samples...everybodies a fan. My libido is fuggin legendary, I want to jump everything in site so the DAA is on... still a fantastic PCT experience...Fuggin A !!

    Body composition seems a bit better than what it was on the weekend, think I was holding quite a bit of water .. like I said muscle fullness is very good, I like this bigger more volumized look...

  15. Feeling pretty run down today legs are really stiff and tired. Funny I am sleeping more now than ever.. I take G8 3 times a week which is stellar and I am even sleeping well on nights I dont' take it..

    I ate too many turkey sausages yesterday so I woke up holding a lot of water.. it's already clearing a bit... was a bit of a scare when I looked at myself and see my abs start to cloud after so many weeks of haveing them crystal clear... I am not giving them up!! not yet anyway...

    Here is yesterday I got all 3600 cals in...

    Welll I am towing the line as usual, great experience this PCT, and it looks like I will be able tto keep my six pack as long as I follow my spreadsheet. I have finally devised a way to tell me how much I can overeat withought gaining much fat. Even if I slip up one week then I can carry it over as a deficit into the next and make it right. It looks pretty air tight so far and if it isn't I will tweak it...

    Still feeling that nice body stim from the Crea-trona ... libiido is still way out of control, that would be the Pure Test and the G8 is working better than ever, I have not slept this good in years... The ignite2 I have grown to love and I think I like it better than the original... everything is coming up roses...

  24. Oh and body composition wise I am more full and just as lean same trend. I really believe I can stay around 200 and make ok gains over time. This will have me sitting very pretty come January when I next megarun will start. I am thinking 16 weeks...

    1 cup of almond milk, 2 scoops of myofusion shake and refridgerate for 30 minutes or longer if you like... fuggin pudding and it's fuggin good!!

  27. Solid nutritional break down DW, big cals awesome macros! I can say that using the Paleo Protocol has really effected my sleep pattern in a massive way (good)...It looks like you are taking a similar approach mixed with LG ideology. I know G8 is the bomb when it comes to sleep, but I was very suprised how much nutrtion effects sleep patterns.

    I made as mistake last night by grabbing some pb before bed... and I tend to sweat a lot when taking fats before sleep...

    I slipped a tad on my burn day not too bad as I had the extra activity to back it up and then some...

    You are right about that. Due to the size requirements of the meals, some people don't hit that regularly.
