  5. Today was cardio day so I did 10min on the elliptical and 10min on the bike. I was going to do jump rope and some abs, but we lost power in the gym.
    Fat 85.2g 52.4%
    Carbohydrates 86.7g 23.7%
    Protein 87.5g 23.9%
    Calories 1497
    I think this may be worse than not eating enough.

    X2 on everything you guys said, ultimate respect to the girls, I remember the first time I posted pics during last year, I was really concerned and I'm a bloke!! Interestingly it was Kleen & Armyguy (who used to post here) that convinced me to do it...

    Let's face it we need more Kleen's and Green's in the world, whether male or female respect to all of you...
