Started my Cycle of 1-Andro and PCT Black

Hey all started my cycle but im trying something a little different. Im going to be doing Cross Fit instead of heavy lifting and then measure my results. I will have pictures up soon for before and after and measurements as well. Excited about the end result.

Yes I am his brother "Little Brother" lol

Here are measurments at 2 weeks: Body fat %6.6, weight 181.5 Lb, Bicep 14.75 inches, chest 40 inches, waist 31 inches, hips 39.25 inches, Belly button to back 33 inches. No leg measurments yet and no pictures yet sorry.

DUDE!! Why didnt you tell me you were starting this?!?! We want updates stat and pics lol. What cycle are you running? Is it one bottle of
1-Andro and then Rev. Black or did you go Epi-V too? Man I cant believe you left me in the dark on this lol...but good luck and Im def subd. I'm kinda jealous btw hahaha.

Doc, that viddy says something about embedding disabled. I was looking forward to watching that lol. I actually used part of Allen's speech for best man speech at my brothers wedding hahaha! oh and BTW loving the [yt /yt] thanks.

Yeah, I noticed that with both of those videos, not really sure why, it has never done that to me before now??? I am as confused about that as you are! As far as the speech is concerned, classic, all I can say is Classic!!!

Green... I mean I love movies and quotes and funny pictures etc. so much, I love the way it allows me to throw in little jokes, comments, etc. I like to keep things funny and light, I mean a good laugh every day is healthy for the mind, body and your soul, everyone needs to relax, take some things a little less serious and just laugh, like I have said on this forum on more than one occasion, I, just like anyone else do dumb, yet funny things, and I laugh at myself all the time, at least once a day, whether it was something I thought, something I did or said, just gotta be able to laugh at yourself, IMO!!!

Hmmm WTF, I watched watched my viddy on the site when I posted it...I guess it will have to be the thought that counts! I agree with you 100%, you just cant beat a good laugh and being able to laugh at yourself keeps one humble and grounded.

Finished my first bottle of 1-andro today- Feeling good and solid.

Today is Chest and Tris could not make it to cross fit today.

Chest: Dumbell press 4x10
Dumbell fly 4x10
Incline dumbell press 4x10
Cable cross overs one arm at a time 4x10
push ups till failiure x3

Tris: Rope pulls front and back 4x10
Scull crusher 4x10
Dips 4x10
Over head tri extension one arm at a time 4x10

Pictures to be uploaded tomorrow and this my very first log so pointers are appreciated.

Im doing 2 bottles of 1-Andro along with 1 whole bottle of Rev Black. Then a post cycle as well. with 2 bottles Pure Test and 1 bottle Rev Black.

Agreed. It's a whole lot easier to give feed back when we know what you're doing. How about an actual log for bottle two. Glad you're liking the 1-Andro. You should be a machine by the end of bottle two...which I'm pretty sure you're going to log...pretty sure.

First day of bottle 2.

Took 2 1 Andro and 1 PCT Rev with breakfast 1 cup life ceereal 1/2 cup milk and a protien shake.
Work out:

10 pullups
15 bent over row-145lb
20 air squat
30 up and overs
50 jumping jacks
30 DBL crunches
25 MTN climbers
20 air squats
15 bent over rows-145lb
10 pull ups

Total of 3 Rounds
