    Work out: Back

    Pull Ups-8x5
    Standing Lat Pulls-8x5-195lb
    Sitting Row-8x5-125lb, 145lb, 175lb
    Reverse Pull Ups- 10x5

    ABBS
    10 Min Cardio

    Rode the bike at work for 3 hours up and down hills = more cardio

  3. Lol I think it looks ok ha I dont count my food so I dont put it on i just carb count for my Insulin Pump. Post my work outs.

    Took 2 1 Andro at 7am along with PCT Rev and breakfast

    Work Out: Biceps

    Olympic Bar Curls-8x8-45lb, 65lb, 85lb, 115lb
    Reverse Curls-3x10-75lb,95lb
    Seated Incline Curls-3x10-30lb,35lb,40lb
    ABB work
    20 min cardio

    Took my 2 1 Andro and PCT Rev with a protein shake before bed at 11pm
    Single Arm Cable Curls-3x10-50lb,60lb,70lb

    Took 2 1 Andro and 1 PCT Rev with breakfast

    Shoulders and Legs

    Squats-3x10-135lb, 225lb, 315lb calf raises done with each set and same weight.
    Front raises- 3x10- 25lb, 30lb, 35lb
    Squat Press-3x10-200lb, 250lb, 300lb calf raises done each set and same weight
    Side raises-3x10- 25lb, 30lb, 35lb
    Quad curl-3x10-70lb, 80lb,90lb
    Up right Rows-3x10-100lb, 125lb, 150lb
    Lunges-3x10-30lb, 35lb, 40lb calf raises done each set and same weight
    Shrugs-3x10-85lb, 90lb, 100lb
    ABB work
    15 mins cardio

    Took 2 1 Andro and 1 PCT Rev at bed

    Took 2 1 Andro and 1 PCT Rev with breakfast

    Work Out:

    21 Deadlifts at 225lb
    50 Air Squats
    21 Push Press at 135lb

    15 Deadlifts at 225lb
    50 Air Squats
    15 Push Press at 135lb

    9 Deadlifts at 225lb
    50 Air Squats
    9 Push Press at 135lb

    ABB Work

    Work out:

    As Many Rounds as Possible-20 mins

    Rope Climb
    Wall Balls x 20
    Ring Dips x 10
    100 Meter Sprints Down and back
    Core Work

    Completed 8 rounds

    Road the bike at work for 3 hours

    Took 2 1 Andro and PCT Rev with a protien shake before bed.

    Took 2 1 Andro and 1 PCT Rev with brekfast

    Work Out:

    Back Squats x 5 at 185lb
    Push Ups-(hand release) x 10
    Ball Slams x 15 at 40lb ball
    AB Mat sit ups x 20
    5 Rounds

  11. Finished my cycle and started 6 caps of Pure Test and 2 caps PCT Rev.

    Measurments after cycle:

    Weight-182lb, Bicep-15", Chest-40.5", Waist-31", Hips-38.75", Belly button to Back-32", Body Fat 6%

    Sorry have to fix my pictures they are to big.

    Are you happy with the results? I assume you ate around maintenance or below on this cycle?
