  3. I agree here with DW once again. PCT Black and Pure Test at 6 caps a day before bed should be good for your PCT here. You most likely will not experience any other sides other than the ones you currently spoke of...I had the same during my 550-XD cycle. As for a SERM...it is always suggested that you have one on hand in case something goes wrong, but so far with my Finaflex experience I have not encountered any problems requiring the usage of a strong PCT.

  4. Thanks Green...as a noob, any and all advice is welcome. One more question: How long is a good interval between cycles, and is doing a 10 week cycle next time too long?

    Now if only Finaflex can fix my grey hair and make me handsome.....

    Oh, my stats before/after 6 weeks of 1-andro (x4 daily) and 550 (x2 daily)

    5"7, 144 lbs, forearm 11", wrist 6.25", waist 36", 11% body fat

    After : 152 lbs, forearm 12", wrist 6.75, waist 36", 10.5% body fat.

    HEY SCOTTY, I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE 1 ANDRO. I SAW YOU SAID TO TAKE A PCT AT NIGHT WHILE ON CYCLE WHICH I DONT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE ARENT WE PUTTING IN THE ANDRO WHICH WILL LOWER OUR NATURAL? SHOULDNT IT JUST BE ALL THE ANDRO TO GET THE BEST GAINS BECAUSE ISNT THAT THE POINT OF TAKING IT. WHY WOULD WE PUT THE NATURAL BACK IN AND THE NEXT DAY PUT THE ANDRO. I APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD ANSWER THIS THANKS AGAIN.

  7. A 10 week cycle may be a bit excessive...I like to advise between 6 and 8 weeks...strictly my opinion! As for rest between cycles...I advise your 30 day PCT (a full bottle of PCT Black) and then another 30 days After PCT is complete...so 60 days.

    You may add 1 capsule of PCT Black for multiple reasons.

    1. PCT Black is formulated to support the liver
    2. PCT Black will help reduce water retention
    3. 1-Andro has no built in estrogen blockers or liver support like our 550-XD...a little peace of mind

    There is not that much DAA in PCT Black, using it on cycle is just an option for the estrogen control and added liver support.

    I am taking a antidepressant and the information on the bottle says to not take if on an antidepressant. I was just wondering what side effects could occur if I took PCT REVOLUTION BLACK while still taking my zoloft pescription. I also want to know if im not able to take PCT REVOLUTION BLACK what PCT would you recommend me to take while on zoloft.

    Also a little back story and history on myself I've been working out on and off for awhile I've always been the skinny ripped guy I'm 24 years old 6ft and 155 pounds I want to add on weight but with muscle not unhealthy fat weight I have a goal of in the end weight being around 180-185 but I'd settle for 175 if I could get there lol....I've never been able to put on weight I have a extremely high metabolism I can eat anything and everything and won't gain a pound I work out and I see gains as in more ripped and cut lean muscle but no bulking or weight gain or weight loss I've been at 155 sense I graduated high school in 2010.....I would appreciate any kind of help I could get to gain weight I've considered anabolic but I'm not one to do illegal steroids so I'm looking for something that can give me the extra edge to build without using an illegal steroid that can give me health problems.....

I really want to help you, but you have to lend yourself to the process. you say you can eat anything and everything and not gain a pound. that's not how it works, infact I would wager you have never gotten close to the kind of menu you should be eating. you have to literally make yourself uncomfortable at every meal and add lots of dirty calories on training days. ive helped guys like you in the past.. its simple.. EAT MORE!! but do it consistently.
    you cant eat big for a day and think you are going to grow. this will take you while to reach the goal of 185.

    Thanks I know it's going to take awhile to get to my goal but I've got to start somewhere....I can eat the way your talking about I've taken in up to 5000 calories a day doubling the recommended 2500 calorie diet and seen no gain just went to the bathroom a lot more....

    What did the diet consist of?

    What were your feeding windows like?

    Just a couple questions that could shed a lot of light on the weight gain issue as well as the bathroom one.

    Just scarfing down 5k work of calories doesn't guarantee weight gain, there must be a plan to macro nutrient goals as well as where to best implement those macros for success.

    My diet consisted of 3 eggs over easy in the morning with 1 biscuit and 2 sausage patties and a protein shake from gaspie nutrition....real mass probiotic series....lunch was lean meat...roll...and vegetables and another protein shake.....and for dinner usually chicken and rice vegetables and bread of some sort and another shake....

    Too many liquid calories without a doubt. That's four meals consisting of shakes...and unless you were adding things to those shakes I don't see 5k cal. Fats were high wich being a hard gainer isn't bad but carb numbers were low.

    Without the exact macro breakdown though it's still anybody's guess.

    In between the meals I would snack on peanuts and eat protein bars and fruits....and I don't know what exact macro breakdown is honestly...I'm not a body builder and I'm here to learn how to gain mass and from what I've read in the other post this is a good place to get information....I just want to put on weight I'm tired of being the skinny ripped guy I have a nice 6 pack and good muscle definition but not much muscle size and I'm really wanting anything that will help me put on some mass

  23. To reach your goals on anything in live you must have a plan.

    With weight gain that's going to be diet. Knowing how many calories you intake, and the macro nutrient breakdown of those calories is key. Until you can nail this down your progress well be minimal at best.

    Macros are the fats, protein and carb amounts in the food you're consuming.

    Ok thanks....is their any good diets you know of I can get on to help me gain like I'm wanting any kind of plans I can follow that will actually work....like I've said I'm clueless on what it takes to gain weight hints why I've worked my butt off to put on weight and have only put on like 10 pounds since I graduated high school in 2010
