I Had Purchased Havoc And Noticed It Has A White (non) Child Safety Cap. From The Pic. In Havoc Write Up, The Cap Is A Red Child Saftely Cap. Why Is This?

New production company...we had a problem with raws being delayed, and they offered us a VERY quick turnaround. I didn't specify which caps to use.
On a side note, these came back slightly over label, at 11mg...so it's like getting 10% more for free.

The white, non-safety caps with the cotton, yes.
Good news for the customers, but it sure was expensive for us.
