DCP/LR for 3 weeks

I have been running dcp/lr for 3 weeks now, started at 215 now at 208. no loss of strength, waist was tight 38, now 36 are easy to get in. trying to get back to that 33. workout at 6:00am, so i take 2 dcp/lr at 5:30, feeling good when i hit the gym. 2 more dcp/lr at about 12:30 30 min before meal, then 2 more dcp at 9:00pm. does this sound ok. thanks for all of the great info here!!

also i feel i may be gaining a slight bit of muscle with this stack.

In a week or 2, the girl I'm helping get in shape will have some funds to buy a couple of supps. I'm considering a d.c.p./L.R. stack for her, and/or some Lean Xtreme.
Just wondering what the most effective way would be to help her with this.
I'm open to ideas.

It seems to work well for girls also. I'm doing fine on it.

I'm using the Dcp at
2am w/1 Reloaded
3 before training
and 2 before bed.

I have used the Lean Extreme before as well with it and use it in the am or before bed. My diet has not been on for the last few weeks and the stack has kept me from gaining much visible fat.

Holy fast response time batgirl!!!

I will look into getting her the d.c.p./LR stack, if she can swing the price. Currently shes been using lipo-6 or cytolean that I got her from my work.

You said you were dosing the LR at 1 am, and 1 afternoon, if i remember right. I will have her follow the same dosing.

Yeah I use the Reloaded twice a day. I only put the one in at the top because it keeps some people up if they take it late. I however sleep even if I drink an energy drink right before bed.

Now I will say this the Lean Extreme gave me a slight headache.

Good news to report...shes texted me today, and shes down 15 pounds, after 1 month at the program I have her on.

Thats with 2 half arsed weeks of improper diet, because she had family in town.

She says "thank you, find a day and I'm taking you to six flags."
