| Registered User | Reverse-Cycle Workout Schedule I'm currently deployed and looking to start a Havoc cycle. However, due to my schedule, I workout at the END of my day as opposed to the beginning. I've read thesinner's PCT post "No Excuses" and Trauma1's "Havoc Write-Up." Should I still take the larger dose at the beginning of my day as opposed to the latter part of the day, when I work out? I'm brand-new to this...having been jaded by the lack of results from Muscle-Tech and BSN products, I decided to start reading and learning... |

When i made those sample havoc cycles they were just examples, so you can tailor it to fit into you schedule. What time of night do you workout? When do you go to bed? I would still keep the larger dosing pre-workout. However, since you're dosing closer to what i would assume to be bedtime, it MAY cause insomnia type issues. This has been reported in some, but definitley not all that dose too close to bedtime. If this does occur, you can either try a sleep induction product, or you can move the larger dosing to earlier in the day and still have fantastic results. Show me how you have it set up, and i'll see if i can help you nail this down to best suit your needs. ![]() Recomp Performance Nutrition Representative To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 0 or greater. | Registered User | Wake-u[ is around 1300, workout about 0100, bedtime 0400-0500. Since I started working out heavily (about a month- 2 months ago) I've seen some serious changes. I've lost some fat but gained muscle, moving from 180- 188. However, I've also noticed a nasty surge in aggression. I'm saying this because I am worried that a Havoc cycle could possibly raise my aggression levels and cause me to make poor decisions...which is dangerous for me and fellow soldiers. Should I consider a lesser product like Superdrol NG and wait until I'm stateside to do the Havoc cycle? |

If that's the case, i strongly suggest that you invest in a good creatine and protein supplement to help build a starting foundation first. The havoc can help you once you've maximized your own potential. You will make SIGNIFICANT gains au-natural and create a solid foundation to build off of. | Registered User | I've actually been working out for about 8 years. I've only recently decided to put real focus on it because there's not much else constructive to do in Iraq...lol. I do intend on giving it a little bit of time before I hit the cycle, but I ordered it so that it would be on-hand when I felt the time was here. I've already made what are, IMO, fantastic gains, as previously mentioned. I didn't expect to lose so much fat (very noticeable, getting comments from other guys) and gain so much muscle (accused of using roids...wtfe). |

| RPN Representative | In light of the fact that you have just started back to training, i would continue on the path you're currently on. Maximizing your potential and building a strong foundation are keys to success in the end. I also suggest that you read my havoc write-up. It can be found in this sub-forum as a sticky at the top of the page. If you need any help, i'm here to assist you buddy, however i strongly encourage you to take some time and utilize your natural potential first. The havoc will always be there when you need it. ![]() Recomp Performance Nutrition Representative To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 0 or greater. | Registered User | Due to being in Iraq, with the possible negative attention that can be attracted from bulking up too quickly, I think a pulse might be better to space out growth. Additionally, along the same line of thinking, reduction in sides is a pretty attractive prospect. Good logic or not? |
