increasing Havoc effectiveness

I have started my cycle this week and i was wondering if there are any ways you know of to increase the effectiveness of taking havoc? Meaning take on empty stomach take on full stomach take with so many g of fat, take with creatine, or N.O. to promote blood pumps etc. I'm looking to increase absorbtion rate into the blood stream.
Would taking gut health help?
Grapefruit juice?

I am 23 yrs old and I have experience in running prohormone cycle supps in the past so yes my cycle is all in order.

Any advice would help...thanks

if you want more mass gains get a stronger product. I dont think theres anything you can really do to increase its effectiveness. (by effectiveness you probably mean gains.)

Eat more thats always effective.

Havoc is a methylated compound enabling it to survive the first pass effect(metabolism)from the liver intact to be absorbed into the bloodstream. No additional enhancement is needed to provide better delivery or absorbtion. It does not significantly matter if it's taken with or without food.

Compounds that are non-methylated don't have the protection of the methylation and are subject to metabolism prior to absorbtion into systemic cirrculation. Many of these compounds are lipophilic meaning that their absorbtion is enhanced with fat intake. Thus taking in Omega-3 fatty acids with compounds like these will help enhance absorbtion by enabling the compound to be absorbed such as the way dietary fat is from the intestine directly into the lymphatic system. This helps by-pass the hepatic portal system preventing direct metabolism of the compound by the liver prior to release into systemic cirrculation.

Adding PLCAR would have many benefits. This is one of the reasons i recommend DCP for some people during their havoc cycle.

PLCAR has the ability to increase the proliferation of androgen receptors on muscle cells. This would equate to possibly better gains in the end due to more receptor activation.

PLCAR also adds some endurance effects by effectively transporting fatty acids into the cellular mitochondria(powerhouse of the cell) located within cardiac and skeletal muscle.

Very informative discussion fellas. I feel like the OP got his question answered, so Trauma I hope you wouldn't mind discussing this point further.

Is this PLCAR concept in regards to androgen receptor proliferation different than that of carnitine?

Sweet. I knew you'd have some good stuff on this one!

I'm not necessarily "rooting" for one or the other. Just want to be educated is all.
