Looking forward to it. DCP is compatible with many different types of diets, but most seem to notice the massive sweating and increase in temperature while taking in a low-moderate carb content.

I would be very interested to read your log.

I haven't noticed much in the way of sweating since I started last night. Hopefully I'll experience it soon. I'm starting off with 2 caps 3x daily as suggested. I may bump up to 3 caps 3x daily in a week or two because of my current weight and tolerance.

It could have been the placebo effect but I noticed there was more endurance during my cardio session today. Usually I'm winded 25 minutes into it. I lasted the full 40 minutes today.

Upon the conclusion of today, I'll begin the log.

the Propionyl-Carnitine is well known to vastly boost endurance.

Give it a good solid week to kick in fully. I think you'll be very impressed with the endurance gains noted from propionyl-l-carnitine as dsade pointed out.

You can always play around with the dosing a bit. Many people like to take a 3-4 cap dose pre-workout to really gains the amazing endurance effects from fatty acid oxidized energy.

This is reassuring. I have to break my thought process that this is not a CNS stimulant therefore I'm not going to "feel" much in the way of jitters or energy rushes.

At the conclusion of my run of this product, I will then include the photos of my progress rather than posting it at the beginning.

propionyl-l-carnitine has been good to me in the way of cardio. I do the 24cycle/spinning classes at my local 24hour Fitness here and I cannot wait to use DCP for this class next week. The female instructors are demons I tell ya and I need a boost to keep up with the hotties in the cycling class so I don't look like a wimp.

Trauma: How would you rank this product in comparison to the late Sodium Usniate/Usnic Acid/Lipokinetix products there were out back in early 2000?

I'll tell you this much......DCP is hands down one of the most effective and versatile products that i've ever used. I don't say this either just because i'm an RPN rep. I say this as someone who used the product and loved it way before the fact. It can be used during a cut, during a bulk, or just because.

I utilize its amazing effects in different ways all the time. I'm getting ready to do a bulk here anyday, and i will be using it for its top notch nutrient partitioning effects.

So in other words, it's in my top 5 supplements of all time.
