| Registered User | getting ready for the cycle i have havoc on the way with life support, gut health, taurine, dhea and for pct stoked liver longer superpump 250 bcaas and the usual throughout. i was gonna through recreate in there somewhere but didnt know if itd be a waste i also have 6oxo. question is is there something else i need? and what doses should be taken for week one, two etc. i always see 20/30/30/40 stuff does that mean in weeks? thanks CURRENT..........GOAL bench- 285x1..... 315x2 squat- 495x5..... 555x5 deadlift- 405x2..... that was enough for me weight 190..... 200 under 10%bf |
