getting ready for the cycle

i have havoc on the way with life support, gut health, taurine, dhea

and for pct
stoked
liver longer
superpump 250

bcaas and the usual throughout.
i was gonna through recreate in there somewhere but didnt know if itd be a waste
i also have 6oxo.

question is is there something else i need?
and what doses should be taken for week one, two etc. i always see 20/30/30/40 stuff does that mean in weeks?

squat- 495x5..... 555x5
deadlift- 405x2..... that was enough for me
weight 190..... 200 under 10%bf

You're still missing the SERM. I'm firm on that recommendation. You need one to run a straight cycle bud. It's solid advice that i encourage you to abide by.

How are you planning on dosing it? 40/20/20/20 (thats the daily dosage for each of the four weeks of PCT) would be good and should do you well with Stoked also in the mix.

i wasnt quite sure. i was thinking about tapering down. is 40/20/20/20 better?
