how to use atomic meltdown

I'm sorry for stupid question..
I need topical fatburner, I look for termo glide but it is out of stock.. I ask around if atomic would be a fatburner or just for tanning.. everybody says it is a fatburner plus tanning..
I just want to know how to use it properly for the fatburner attribute.. (my atomic is on the way to my place)

You are correct in that it's a combination of a topical fat burner(Napalm), as well as a bronzer/tanning accelerator. You basically apply it liberally and evenly to MOST areas of your body. Use your judgement here haha. I've used it on my face with no issues at all....just a slight tingle at first. Keep us updated with your progress, i think you're really going to enjoy this product.

Timing will largely depend on when you would be tanning. I would apply when it's most convenient for you for tanning. After showering would help exfoliate the skin an could perhaps offer a better effect, but i've done all my sessions before hand and had excellent results. I say tan when you can and enjoy the effects!

Also after you tan wait at least 2 hours or so to shower so the bronzers can set. This will give you a better tan. Thr rule of thumb is an hour for each level of bronzer in your lotion. But I say 2-3 hours is good.

How should I handle this with outdoor tanning? I live down here NW of Orlando and have just ordered 3 bottles of AM. I can certainly use the meltdown part but with my fair, Irish skin, I haven't had a tan since I was a teen a half century ago LOL. Now that we are getting some great warm sunny days I want to get started with AM as my booster. Can I shower, swim and then apply the AM? Can I/Should I use my usual Sun Tan Lotion to protect myself before I apply AM, after? Can I go back in the water again or should I wait an hour or so? Appreciate any advice which can ease my intro to using AM. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

I'm a fair irishman just like you. I'll tell you what i do and it works well. I apply the AM and lay out in the nice florida sun for 20-25 minutes. After that, i apply SPF 15 and continue to tan for another 30-40 minutes. I can say in my initial 3 sessions the results i had were AWESOME. We are very proud of this product, it delievers on all levels.

For best results, i'd first shower and exfoliate the skin priming it for the tan session. After that, feel free to apply and tan away in the florida sun. I honestly wouldn't go swimming until the AM has dried in to receive max effects of the product. We look forward to hearing of your results my friend. Please keep us updated!

If you do play in the water then re-apply. The golden rule for lotion is 1 hr for every bronzer in it. So after it dries you should wait around 2-3 hrs to get wet or re-apply.

Thanks for the tips folks. I am on the sidelines at the moment because of a back injury. In my quest for power, while very successful, I have put on too much weight. I just decided to try walking in the pool for exercise and make slimming down and getting a nice tan my targets for the Summer. AM just seems like an excellent product to put at the center of this effort.

Very good info here. I might have to try this. I have a very fair complexion as well, but I tan really well for some reason. I have been going to the tanning bed for about a month now and I have hit a plateau. I've never tried a topical fat burner, so this would be interesting.
