I know there has been some debate on how the epithio's work and what they work on. Would love to hear the RPN gang's view.

Also, what are some things you need to make sure that you do on a Havoc cycle to ensure you get 100% of the results out of the cycle? For instance, on Superdrol you have to keep your carbs and protein very high bc it works very well with carbs and increases protein synthesis.
