I got hung up last night. Out of the gym at 8:30. Cousin was in town looking at a car, so by the time I met him and got home it was 10. Ate dinner at 10:30ish. I also did take one Recreate, and 2 Xyience Growth Factors.

Maybe the chicken was turning...it did taste...a tad too chickeny...eh.

I find that I need at least an hour of "down time" or else my mind does not completely shut and I get crappy sleep. Also, eating too late (a big meal) can contribute as well.

Also, Recreate will definitely keep you awake, or reduce the depth of your sleep.

thanks, that was probably it. Tossed and turned a lot and constantly in and out of sleep.

Btw...advice on 2 dcp before gym was perfect. New dosing working out great.

Just wanted to check. My first two bottles of DCP looked like coffee grounds but my third looks a lot lighter, like green tea powder. Did the product change?

LOL - Man i should make a thread to answer this question alone. It is the exact same wonderful product. We have a new company manufacturing the product and their processing technique is much better enabling the use of smaller caps.

The reason why one looks like coffee grounds is because Salvia is EXTREMELY hygroscopic and, much like green tea, tribulus, etc. turns a VERY dark brown upon exposure to air and moisture.

The new company is able to more efficiently process the ingredients and cap them within the same day. This prevents the formula from sitting out all night and turning dark brown.
