I got three of these last week. One I bought for the mother-in-law, and the other 2 we kept. Great scent (obviously), great packaging too. I like that the wooden top screws on too. Other diffusers we have had weren't like that and the wood top just sat there and would move when you moved to bottle or flipped the reeds. I know, it's a little thing, but that's what makes the difference sometimes.

The screw on wood caps are nice. It definitly makes them easier to move around without the top falling off.
 
We'd be happy to sell you about 500 of the NON-screwable caps :)

We changed out suppliers when we found the screw on ones, for that exact reason. It was a seemingly little detail that made a huge amount of difference.

The screw cap was the first things my wife and I noticed. Good move. You're right, the little details can make a huge difference. Not to mention the great price. Any diffuser we've bought in the past have been double the price.
