Crader did you look as good as you were expecting??? I'm almost positve ill be at the Arnold next year...will you and dsade be there?

I looked as good as I could for 5 weeks of good training.I'm my own worst critic so I always want more cut and muscle, less weight on the lower abs. I had some of Gasparis girls asking me if I competed. But by the third day I felt kind of flat. Not enough protein or water through out the day and no gym time.

We will be back next year!
