| Registered User  | Atomic Meltdown gameplan I just bought a trial size of Atomic Meltdown, and I can't believe how cheap it is. In any case here is my idea: Run MT2 at .25 mg's EOD for 2-3 weeks. Running it this low avoids hyper-pig. Once I start becoming a bit more tan, I'll begin to apply atomic meltdown (i guess I'll have to figure out how much to slather on) and then hit a tanning bed maybe 2-3 X a week while still on MT2. All of this while on a caloric defecit so Napalm can work it's magic. Quote:

The optimal way to run it is way less than recommended dose if you have fair skin. So .125 - .25 would be sufficient EOD versus the recommended 1 mg ED, or based on bodyweight, even more. Quote:
