Would there be any benefit to applying eviscerate before bed? I tried it last night and seems to be pretty good but just wanted to make sure this was ok? Thanks

It's fine - also a good time, because no sweating and getting wet, etc. while you're sleeping, and can train first thing and still get the effects of it
I have done this plenty of times. There is no right and wrong time to apply it, really, so long as you can keep it on for at least 6-12 hours without it coming off through getting wet, etc.
