Did you ever get your bottle for testing? if so what are your thoughts on this? How does it compare to Glycobol. I really do like Glycobol but like the profile alot on Recompadrol just havent seen any reviews on it

Actually, I did and I am very impressed. This is a very potent formula, IMO.

I reserve the product for when I am doing very carb-intensive meals (whether on purpose or unavoidably).

Glycogen replenishment is excellent, as well as prevention of fat gain. My chinese food cravings are definitely grateful to Recompadrol.

I would use the HCA a week or two after already using the Recompadrol to allow for glycogen storage.

If all goes as I planned, there should be two new books this year.

Irwin's Fort is all ready for press, and Ricky the Raincloud is about halfway illustrated (though I am not totally pleased with the aesthetic direction and we might start over).

Cool look forward to it . You had given me a copy of Irwins fort last year. Daughter loved it and Son has the cover of it still on his wall as his loves dragons. : )

wouldnt it be bad for cheat meals such as chinese food which are high in fat?

i was always under the impression all of these insulin type recomp supps had to be used with low fat or else they may actually hinder leaning out and gaining mass without putting on body fat.
