havoc cycle in near future

hey whats up guys im looking around for some advice on a havoc cycle i plan on starting the end of next month ive been reading around to get reviews and what not but got a couple of questions that would really help if i got them answered.
from what i read i can increase lbm and deffinition or sould i go one or the other?

PCT is a must of course but i dont know were to get serms at whould a otc serm be good enough for a cycle of havoc id rather be safe than sorry?

if otc serms would be fine for pct some seggestions as to the best ones im thinking a AI with a test booster and somthing to inhibit cortosol if nessasary i will be doing as detailed a log as possible for this next month as soon as i can round out the edges here

Thats the link to the log i done when i ran Havoc, might give you some help. I'd say a SERM is a must, even if you have it on hand and run an otc pct. There is tons of info here on it.

If your under 21 i'd stay clear of it. A lot of ppl have great success on an otc pct and others don't and get bad sides. it's different for everyone.

And remember to eat tons too. My diet wasn't as strict as it could of been. Aswell in PCT i just didn't go balls to the walls enough.

It's a great compound to run though
