Fo-Ti and derivatives/extracts

Have you heard of this herb? Are there any recommendations re: hair loss or premature hair greying regarding this herb or any extracts?

I've read that it can help with both hair re-growth and with graying hair and also longevity.

But, I've also read that quality and effectiveness of products available can vary significantly.

I haven't looked into Fo-Ti for years and years, since I worked at that Chinese Herb Factory.
