One pound of ground turkey

make sure it's thawed

divide into four burgers

For Two burgers

Half a pound of ground turkey

In a bowl put 3 tbsp's of salsa

two handfuls of tortilla's(Crush them with your hands into real fine pieces)

and mix everything together by hand making two seperate patties

Repeat for the other half pound.

Cook in till done

You can eat them without anything for low carb

or you can put them on a whole wheat roll with sauce of your choice pickles, tomatoes, mayo. Of course this is individual; if you don't as much fat don't use mayo-mayo is damned tasty though. also a 2 % piece of cheese on bun Be creative, do your own thing=)
