Once you have this made and stored in your frigs, it’s simple to have a hearty breakfast that will keep you full for hours.

Indigents:

12 large eggs
1 green or red pepper
A package of turkey sausage (breakfast links or Italian)
I package of spinach (frozen or fresh)
1 large tomato
1 cup of shredded cheese
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

Warm a saucepan with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Dice the red pepper and add to the pan, salt and pepper liberally
Add in the turkey sausage—cook until all sides are brown (they will finish cooking in the oven)
Strain pan of any water/fat

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

Mix 12 eggs in large mixing bowl
Dice tomato
Separate spinach
Add tomato, spinach and red pepper/sausage mixture to egg (make sure the sausage and pepper combo is cold so that it doesn’t cook the egg mixture).
Add a teaspoon of hot sauce, salt and pepper to mixture

Pour mixture into an 8x8 cooking dish.
Place in oven and cook for 34 minutes at 400 degrees
Take out after 35 minutes then sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top and put back into the oven for 5 minutes.

Cut into square and serve.

heres my egg omelette dish

carton of egg whites
chicken powder (or salt w/e)
dried parsley
italian seasoning
turkey slices from deli
fat free cheese
flax or olive oil

basically you add in the dried parsley, or fresh w/e floats your boat. make sure to chop them up

add the chicken powder (1 teaspoon) add the italian seasoning and stir into mix.

get a pan heat it up add the eggs. Stack on the turkey, add the cheese, fold the omelette in half and let it cook a bit more. the middle should be gooey. Great source of protein small fat profile and 3-6 g of carbs depending on how much cheese you put.
