1 pound extra lean ground Turkey (I use the 99% fat free)
1 can diced tomatoes with jalapenos (the ones with onion and green peppers work well too)
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained
1 packet reduced sodium Chili powder
brown the turkey at medium high heat (break it up using the spatula) in large frying pan
add the rest of the ingredients and stir well
reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes (stir often).
I also like to stir in some tapatillo while it's cooking for a little extra spice!
total dish should have roughly 152g protein and about 42g of fiber.
