  1. Chocolate peanut butter brownie variation

So i like the brownie from this thread

    Protein Chocolate Brownie
2 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein
    1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of Jell-o Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge pudding
    1/3c of water
but tonite I decided to try something different. rather than use the pudding mix, I put about 2tbsp (maybe 3) of natural peanut butter in the water, and used an immersion blender to mix it. then added the whey, and found that I needed another couple tablespoons of water to get it all to mix in, so maybe half a cup is better. nuked it for 60 seconds and it turned out about as nice as the other ones, but now with some healthy fats the texture is a little bit nicer with the pb instead of pudding, but of course it will only work on flavors that will go with peanut butter

  2. How about using some ground oats for texture?

  3. it would be possible, but part of the idea is low carb too. you'd be surprised at the texture tho. for whatever reason with the baking powder in it, it ends up fairly fluffy

  4. sweet! Ill give it a try tonight and see how it works out. The only problem I have is that I dont have the patience to wait for it to cool to eat it! lol

  5. That definitely sounds great!

  6. i will be trying these out soon!

  7. wouldnt the heat from the microwave destroy the protein?

didnt stop me from trying one but easy could you chime in here
    Test e/dbol/epi/winnie

  8. I don't think it would destroy the protein. I mean people have cooked other types of protein in the microwave- such as meat.

  9. true- protein does unfold at high temperatures though

rendering it worthless- the beef is also a whole food not the same as powder- but i dont think the microwave temp is high enough to kill protein chains

  10. I don't think you have to worry about it. I have heard of people baking with protein powder for as long as I can remember.

  11. even breaking some of the protein chains still leaves protein peptides + aminos available.

  12. I honestly just made this for first time, but the ghetto way. Just protein and a lil milk...soooo good hahaha, I wanna get some crazy protein flavor like toffee fudge and try it

  13. dont soound bad think ima try it out
