2 scoops nitrean (protein powder)
1.5 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2-3/4 cup flour (not sure i just scooped it without measuring)
pinch of salt
pinch of baking powder
mix all the ingriedients untill it becomes a smooth batter
fry them on a pan with olive oil
[I also added diced apples to the mix ... experiment with other fruits you like]
i also put strawberry syrup on them
Its a descent meal that tastes great. [high in protein, healthy fats].. I would say its more of a bulking food.
