A personal favorite of mine, I don't know if someones already posted something similar so I apologize if this has been covered.

z06's Monster Shake:

2 cups Milk
1 cup Oats
2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
2 scoop Whey (i used ON Whey which is 24g protein per scoop)

Calories: 995
Fat: 34g
Carbs: 89g
Protein: 82g


I dont know if you guys make shakes like I do but I first put the milk in. Then turn the blender on. Followed by adding in the PB, then Oats, and finally the protein. Works great for me. Enjoy!
