Key Lime Pie (8g of carbs, 26g of protein)

The base for this I tweaked some...base recipe was on bb.com.

4 8 oz packs or Fat Free Cream Cheese
4 whole eggs
2/3 c. of splenda
1 package of Jell-o Sugar Free Cheesecake
1 package of Jell-o Sugar Free Lime Jello
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
1 tbsp of lime juice

Add all ingredients to a large bowl. With a power mixer, blend all products together until the lumps from the ingredients are gone. Once smooth, pour into a 9" pie pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Let set for 4 hours.

Cut into 8 slices:
26g of protein
8g of carbs
2g of fat

If you wanted to make it more calorie dense, just use a higher fat cream cheese.

Well you dont need a crust really for it. I bake it as is, with no crust......Depends on your diet. If your going keto, you could crush some almonds or walnuts and use them as a crust. Low fat, could use fat free/lf graham crackers.
