That sounds good and is similar to my breakfast at college. Typically i have some oats, cheerios, milk, raisins, and a lean meat. When i am home i usually have eggs and oats w/raisins tho.

omelette, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of whites, or 1.5 cups fat free cottage cheese mixed with about 4-5 oz. of fruit flavored fat free yogurt.
kashi waffles with smart balance light spread & sugar free syrup is good too. Sometimes I'll just say screw making breakfast & start my day by chugging a shake with some fiber mixed in.

1 cup oats, 1 scoop vanilla ON, handful of blueberries & raspberries and a cup of egg whites with a dab of cheddar cheese.

Start by first doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

This has to be one of my favorite breakfast treats right here...

1 full cup of dry oats
2 scoops of ON 100% gold standard (your choice of vanilla or chocolate, my current flavor is rocky road actually)
and of course, water

I make a normal bowl of oats and then when they are done cooking, put them in the freezer until they've chilled a decent amount, and then I mix in the protein powder until it's all dissolved.

YUM! It's so thick and rich and tasty.

why not just use whole milk or half & half? seems weird to bother adding cream to fat free milk...

Man...I really need to start eating eggs...I just really hate them for some reason! Anyway my breakfast is usually 1 cup of oats, some raisins and cinnamon, 50 g whey w/ extra 5 g extra BCAA's, and a quart of water.

...Guy puts 1000 on the leg press, obviously can't do it. I ask "your gonna bring that deep right? He replies "oh yeahhh" then continues to move it around 4 or 5 inches, and struggle to push it up pressing his hands on his knee's.....

What I deal with at my gym

breakfast is my first whole-food meal after lifting in the mornings and it's usually:

1 cup raw oats in cold water w/ sliced banana (sometimes add 1/2 scoop of whey)
2 large eggs/4 whites scrambled with 1/4c skim milk and jalapeņos and stuffed into a whole wheat tortilla
2 scoops Xtend (orange or watermelon)

heaven doesn't want me ... hell's afraid I'll take over
