1 cup oats
10oz Soy Milk
1 scoop ATW Choc Mint or 1 scoop LG protein
4 whole eggs
2 egg whites

If im in a hurry and not hungry (Not a breakfast guy) I just blend them all together, yea tastes terrible but it works.

BEAT! LOL. I'd much rather eat this rather than your breakfast anyday. It tastes way better. there's about 70g protein, fast andslow digesting carbs, a little fat, AND a special treat at the end
1) that breakfast looks delicious

I was just kidding. Really I take oatmeal, cranberries, peanut butter, egg whites, whey protein, and boil it with a handful of Dbol. Great breakfast on the run.

Well ofcourse my breakfast is different everyday but I like to eat a lot of carbs and protein with my breakfast. I am not like a lot of people that seem to have very restrictive breakfast. I like to eat atleast 500 calories or morefor breakfast.

But a typical breakfast for me is moderate serving of oatmeal with a spreadable yogurt vegetable oil polysaturated blend, half a banana sliced and cinnamon, splenda and raisins added plus 2 small boiled eggs and a cup of tea(I hate coffee). I may eat a yorgurt cup an hour after breakfast but i still consider it part of my breakfast. That is just an example.

Been gone for a minute but now I am back and better then ever!

Since I am 110% endomorph and save the carbs for before, during, and after workouts in the early evening...

4 whole eggs, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 tblsp natty butter (varies), 1/4 cup cheese, some salsa, 4 oz chicken/turkey.

ok... so I switched jobs and now I need a quick fast healthy breakfast. I have been grabbing a muffin but I fear that isnt the best I can do. Anyone suggest a fast clean breakfast?
