| Registered User | 1 toufayan bakeries low carb/fat wrap-13g-140 calories 1 cup(4 servings) egg whites-24g-120 calories 4oz boneless skinless chicken-23g-120 calories 2 slices american cheese-6g-160 calories 66g protein and 540 calories( a little more if added ketchup). Usually its a little less if I pick up thinner or low fat cheese. |

| Registered User | Well ofcourse my breakfast is different everyday but I like to eat a lot of carbs and protein with my breakfast. I am not like a lot of people that seem to have very restrictive breakfast. I like to eat atleast 500 calories or morefor breakfast. But a typical breakfast for me is moderate serving of oatmeal with a spreadable yogurt vegetable oil polysaturated blend, half a banana sliced and cinnamon, splenda and raisins added plus 2 small boiled eggs and a cup of tea(I hate coffee). I may eat a yorgurt cup an hour after breakfast but i still consider it part of my breakfast. That is just an example. Been gone for a minute but now I am back and better then ever! |
