If you are lactose intolerante try this shake it still taste amazing and will lean the hell out of you.
I cup soy milk (soy does not produce estrogen it actually helps burn stored fat trust me)
1-2 scoops of muscle milk or cytogainer (both are lactose free muscle milk for leaning or cytogainer for clean bulking)
10 grams glutamine (powder)
10 grams arganine (powder)
10 grams cartinine (I prefer liquid)
1 cup ice
5 egg whites
Blend the hell out of it and you'll have a frothy shake that will not only blow your mind but shred you up. You could also use goat protien powder called oryx its lactose free also good but not sure if it taste good.

2 scoops ISOmass Vanilla Gainer
16oz 2% Milk
4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for calories and fat for the the trenadrol)
Approx. 1500-1600 calories, 100g protein
Instead of the olive oil what if i used like flax seed oil?

yeah just a mass gainer. The fat content is in the form of MCTs which are generally not stored but burned as energy. Plus, taking in 15-20g per meal with trenadrol is recommended.

4 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ice (if u want)
When u pour it in the glass, the creme in the oreos is like a foam on top. It tastes sooooo good!!! This one is around 1600 calories:
4Tbsp Olive Oil=560
So around 1950 calories. A dirty gainer but I have a terrible time gaining weight!
I cant imagine putting olive oil in a shake....

You can't taste it. It thins the tick consistency of the gainer into more of the consistency of water. If anything it helps.

Heres mine for post... Its not clean, but i am an EXTREME ECTO and it WORKS!
1cup Soy Milk
1cup Starwberry LIGHT ice cream
1-2scoops ON Extreme Choco Whey
1container LIGHT strawberry yogert (or as much as you want)
2tbls Strawberry Syrup
2tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Opt- Micro Creatine, Glut, Oats and Banana
Puray(sp?) for 30sec then blend for 30sec.... Enjoy
I would drink 2 of those a day to keep weight up if i didnt feel like eatting much food....
