i've got this great homemade sauce recipe. its got several carbs and a bit of sodium. not much protein though =(

1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp A-1
1 tspn lime juice
dash of
-salt
-pepper
-garlic powder

great on ribs, chicken, pork, and sandwhiches (depending the type of sandwhich)

**(try mixing protein in with it? lmk)
