Are you leaving out the yolks for a specific reason? I know the Fat/Cholesterol content is somewhat high... but the yolk provides most of the vitamins and minerals as well as taste

you could probably use the yolk or yolk of part of the eggs if you wanted to and get the same result.

I do leave out the yolk. I dont like the yolks. Cholesterol is really high as with fat .... so i leave it out

how much protein is in 4 egg whites? I cant imagine it being that much. thanks

i think its about 6g of protein per egg so 4 would be 24g.
yes i eat the egg whites and the yolk, we need the fat in it. i do for my ckd.
