you can use the liquid "egg whites only" from the grocery store too, they are pasteurized. if I recall right, 1/4 cup of that is around 24g protein. So that in place of the whey in any of the above would work. Nowadays tho, all the grocery stores around me carry whey
Thats your answer right there, liquid egg whites and a big old box of powdered milk for a real nice base, then add some ice and whatever fruits you like to it. ie: banannas, rasberrys, etc.
